Anatomically shaped The EDIX Courville Native Pad with inserts is especially suitable for the EDIX Courville treeless saddle, but it is also compatible with versatile saddles such as the EDIX Union and EDIX Vika. In addition, the Courville Native Pad can be used with many other saddles. The base of the EDIX Courville Native Pad is made from firm felt, which naturally provides shock absorption and initial pressure distribution. The flexible wither opening and anatomical shape provide extra clearance around the spine and withers. These features contribute to improved saddle fit and greater comfort. The underside of the EDIX Courville Native Pad is lined with soft cotton. Separate pockets on either side of the centre provide sufficient clearance along the spine, helping to keep pressure off the vertebral column. The lower section of the pad, where the rider's leg and girth straps are positioned, is reinforced with nylon. This reduces wear and helps extend the pad's lifespan. The pad can be attached to the saddle using the Velcro straps.

The EDIX Courville features the well-known 8-pocket system, allowing the balance and pressure distribution to be adjusted individually and independently using the standard felt inserts supplied with the pad.
