Product description

Feed-X Reel 6 metres suitable for Gate Timer

If you have a Feed-X Gate Timer to automatically open a pasture, stable or other area at a set time, you will also need to install something to keep that area closed until then. The single Feed-X Reel is a convenient solution. It works seamlessly with the Gate Timer and, when the Feed-X Timer reaches the set time and releases the handle, the reel slowly winds up the tape. The reel can of course also be used without a Gate Timer.

Convenient for avoiding the need to open pasture gates manually throughout the day
The reel automatically and slowly winds up the tape
Also available with double tape and handles
Available in a maximum length of 6 metres (G6) or 16 metres (G16)

This Feed-X Reel is available for openings of up to 6 metres (G6), but a version for openings of up to 16 metres (G16) is also available. Thanks to the flywheel brake, the tape and handle will not shoot back uncontrollably. This means you can attach the handle directly to the Feed-X Timer.

Benefits of the Feed-X Reel

Safe option for opening enclosed areas
The specially designed handle reduces the risk of it getting caught on something
With the timer, you can determine when the tape is released
No loose tapes or cords hanging around after opening the pasture gate
You do not need to be at home to give your horse(s) more space
The flywheel brake ensures that the tape is wound up slowly and safely
Can be connected to an electric fencing system so that the gate is electrified too
Built-in safety mechanism that releases when the pulling force exceeds 2 kg
