The majority of a horse’s diet should consist of roughage. However, some horses struggle to chew and don’t eat enough. Metazoa CareFit Timothy is a natural pellet that can also be fed wet — ideal for horses with dental issues or a low appetite. It contains no unnecessary additives or filler ingredients. Just what your horse needs for optimal health and happiness.
Nutritional Balance with Metazoa
Metazoa CareFit Timothy is made from 100% pure timothy grass. Horses naturally enjoy this grass and are inclined to eat plenty of it. If your horse has difficulty eating — for example, due to dental issues — you can soak the pellets. Timothy naturally contains vitamins and minerals, but has relatively low sugar content. It's also free of grains, soy, molasses, and other unnecessary substances.
Proper nutrition has a big impact on animal well-being. When your horse is nutritionally balanced, it receives everything it needs. This promotes the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms and reduces both physical and mental health issues.

Feed CareFit Timothy as a supplement to or replacement for roughage. The pellets can also be soaked, making them easy to chew for older horses, picky eaters, or horses with dental problems.

For building and maintaining healthy muscles, your horse also needs protein. We recommend feeding Metazoa MuscleFit HP23 – our protein-rich lucerne pellet. This is especially important for sport horses that are under high physical demands from riders and trainers. To meet those demands, a proper protein supply is essential.

Due to the heavy weight, horse feed is never shipped free of charge, even if your order exceeds €99 or €149. This is because each bale or bag needs to be packed separately, often resulting in 5 to 10 packages for an order of 10 bags (15 kg each).
