We ship many different products in terms of size, weight, and service. This means that shipping costs vary between different orders.

When you place an order weighing more than 29 kg and less than 240 kg, your order will be shipped in multiple packages. The applicable shipping rate for packages under 19 kg and packages between 19–29 kg will be charged the required number of times.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping is offered on orders under 29 kg. This is because the shipping cost increases for every additional 10/20 kilograms of order weight. This mainly applies to orders containing horse feed, which often means that even two bags of feed need to be shipped in two separate parcels. As a result, shipping costs increase significantly in proportion. Therefore, it is not possible to offer free shipping on orders weighing more than 29 kg.

Other European Countries:
For all other European countries, we offer shipping for orders up to and including 29 kg. Due to the distance, shipping rates to these countries are significantly higher, which makes it less attractive to ship large horse feed orders across Europe. In many cases, the shipping costs are nearly as high as the total value of the products themselves. For most countries, both pickup at a service point and home delivery are available. In a few countries, only home delivery is possible. The exact rates are address-dependent and will be shown in the shopping cart after entering your address. It will also indicate from which order amount free shipping is available. Shipping rates range from €10 to €45 per package.
Exceptions:
- Test and/or rental packages are only shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
- The maximum length for packages going to a pickup point is 1 meter. If your package exceeds this length, we will ship it to your home address, even if you selected delivery to a pickup point.
