GreenGuard Insert Plate for Grazing Muzzle

The GreenGuard insert plate helps to further reduce grass intake and/or protect the teeth. Ideal for horses sensitive to sugars, during high-sugar grass periods, or for horses with delicate teeth.

Made from soft plastic, the insert is gentler on the teeth and helps protect the muzzle itself, extending its durability (sustainable).

Available with normal or smaller openings to limit grass intake
Soft versions made of extra gentle plastic for improved dental comfort
Durable and protective material

To Prevent Tooth Damage:

It’s recommended to use the muzzle only in combination with a rubber insert plate to help protect the teeth. Have a vet check your horse’s teeth regularly (at least once a year) and monitor them frequently. Proper fit also impacts dental health—always follow fitting instructions carefully. Seek expert help if in doubt.
